Low-pressure cleaning and breathable sealing for homes across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs and Northern Beaches, carried out by vetted, insured stone-care technicians.

The Prestige Standard stone sealer on honed travertine pool coping

Care for every
kind of stone.

Sandstone and travertine behave in opposite ways. One hates high pressure, the other hates acid. Every method we use starts from that.

Stone-safe methods

Cleaned gently.
Sealed to breathe.

Penetrating sealers sit inside the stone, not on top, so water beads off and the stone keeps its natural look and grip.

Inspect & test

Stone, condition and coatings

A test patch confirms the cleaner, dwell time and pressure.

Clean & recover

Gentle, thorough, contained

Biocides for growth, low pressure for sandstone, no acid on travertine.

Dry & seal

Breathable protection

Sealed only once the stone is dry, then recorded for re-sealing.
Our standards

The Prestige Standard,
on every job.

Wash water is bunded and recovered. Nothing goes to the stormwater drain.

Run-off captured

Travertine and limestone are cleaned with alkaline and pH-neutral products only.

No acid on travertine

Low-pressure soft washing and hot water, never a turbo tip held close to soft stone.

No high pressure on sandstone

Every cleaner and sealer is trialled on your stone before the main area.

Test patch first

Penetrating impregnators that keep the natural finish and grip. No plastic coatings.

Breathable sealers

Every job is carried out under $20 million public liability by technicians who meet our standard.

Frequently asked questions

Got questions about your stone? Here are the ones we hear most.

Do you clean and seal sandstone and travertine only?

They're our specialty. We also care for limestone, bluestone, granite and exterior marble, usually on properties where they sit alongside sandstone or travertine.

Which areas do you cover?

Sydney's Eastern Suburbs and Northern Beaches, from Watsons Bay to Randwick and from Manly to Palm Beach. We're based in Double Bay.

How much does sandstone or travertine sealing cost?

Every job is priced on request, because area, condition, access and the stone itself change the work involved. Send photos with your quote request and we'll come back within one business day.

Are your technicians insured?

Yes. All work is carried out under $20 million public liability.

Do you use high-pressure cleaning?

Not on soft stone. Sandstone is cleaned with low-pressure soft washing and biocides, and travertine with acid-free cleaners and rotary scrubbing.

Will sealing make my pool surround slippery?

We use penetrating sealers that sit inside the stone rather than forming a film, so the surface keeps its natural texture. Around pools we test before sealing the whole area.
