- Insurance and paperworkInsurance, ABN and any licences relevant to the work are checked before a first job.
- Method trainingEvery technician learns our written method: test patches, run-off capture, acid-free travertine care, low-pressure sandstone cleaning, and sealing only dry stone.
- Supervised jobsNew technicians work alongside an experienced team member before working on their own.
- Ongoing checksJobs are photographed and recorded, including products and sealers used, so quality can be checked and re-sealing planned.
